Great tool for marketing

Pros

  • IZEA has changed the overall game of influencer marketing.
  • IZEA is so much more popular than any of its major players in the market.
  • IZEA is the best way to identify appropriate influencers for influencer marketing and this software has overall solved the main hassle and problem of everyone.
  • It is a wonderful tool that provides effective services.

Cons

  • There are certain problems with IZEA as well like it seems that half of the influencers I need are only here at IZEA. Also, every once and a while, the search functionality just freezes on me which is another con I have felt a lot.
  • Other than that, the interface functionality is not as smooth as it could be to provide the optimal user experience. Also, they do not have every influencer in their system which is a con that can miss important opportunities.

  • Audience demographics
  • Identify influencers by location
  • Ability to click out to influencers social platforms

Cons

  • The interface functionality isn't as smooth as it could be.
  • They don't have every influencer in their system and I think they should actively update this.

Return on Investment

  • It's a nice way for us to share deeper influencer insights with clients like location and audience information.
  • I like being able to provide an average engagement rate for the influencer as more clients care about that.

  • It also is not too expensive compared to other options out there.
  • Customer service team is awesome and always can answer questions.

  • The site is not as user friendly as other options out there.
  • Not as much support from the influencer side from what I have heard.
