This is the only platform I have ever used. It has been very easy to learn how to use. There has never been an issue with accuracy. Yearly, monthly and even employee specific reports are generally easy to run and understand
isolved helped us streamline all of our digital HR processes - recruiting, hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits reconciliation, etc. We went from a mixed process of paper application and a single-use online platform used solely for timekeeping. It helped us move processes completely online and streamline the processes using data file feeds, and online processes. We were able to engage both employees and managers using the processes so they were a part of their HR lifecycle with the company.

This was a fantastic platform for a smaller organization like ours. The implementation and training of users was easy and straightforward. The team was incredible in answering questions, training, and being there to support. Payroll files were simple and cut an entire day of payroll processes from our paper process and use of former platform. We really enjoy the functionality to feed with our other platforms such as benefits portals.

We have happily been working with isolved for over 4 years. We currently use the HR/Onboarding software and Payroll. Not sure of any current problems that we are having with the company or the software. Believe me if there was, we would be doing something to fix it quickly. We have over 235 employees in our 7 companies and process 18 payrolls a month. I have a wonderful CSR Teresa and along with her team they take care of my needs so that I can do my job with ease. I am on the site every day, at least 50% of my workload depends on this site being in good working order. It is very easy to use, and the Reporting Database is top notch! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the market for all your HR/Payroll needs.

We have been with isolved for over 4 years. Our previous Payroll company of 15 years was purchased by isolved, it was very scary in the beginning, I won't sugar coat it. We have a multi-million dollar a year payroll and it is very complex. Seven companies, 235 employees and 18+ processed payrolls a month. My first payroll was put in a queue (no clue what that even meant). Several hours go by and I have submitted the other six, it's almost time to close and I had not received back the first pre-process. I didn't even know I had an anxiety level until this day, when you eat, drink and sleep thinking about your payroll. Calling every number we had been given I finally reached a team leader (who would become my life link). All I can say is from that day forward we had weekly conference calls to make sure we were taken care of and to take care of any of our concerns. I can honestly say I have one of the best CSRs the company has working for them. Hands down, this is a level 10 - 5-star rating. We are more than happy to give these #'s when they are earned.
I use isolved for payroll, human resources, onboarding and employee reviews. It provides a simple one spot place to securely store sensitive data, provide a simple onboarding process, easy to use review process and easy to use for both employees and supervisors. The integrations with benefits has been great and makes things even easier for us as we grow as a company. The customer service is also great and timely.

The benefits integration has been a huge help and alleviates a lot if addition work that would have needed to be done. Conducting performance reviews is very easy and simple to create and send out.

Well suited - We were concerned if we would receive our checks on time because of weather. isolved walked us through how we could print our own checks in house. We did actually receive the checks on time but isolved followed up with us even over the weekend to make sure everything worked out. Not so good - Salespeople don't always understand what is being asked and they just promise things that can't actually happen.

isolved is used for our employees timekeeping system. Also use it track earned time off, deductions and issued asset equipment. The reports we use for payroll audits are extremely helpful. No issues with processing payroll as it's a very user friendly and easy process. Highly recommend it!

Processing of payroll is easy but time clock doesn't always sync new employees to isolved. I think isolved is a good tool for those with a small staff. It might not be the best solution for those over 200 employees though. It works well for our company.
