We were using it for the CRM and marketing feature. It helped that we didn't have to manually add data into our marketing platform separately from our CRM and everything was connected. Plus we didn't have a good solution for client management before Insightly other than excel worksheets.

If a business has a simple workflow for purchasing a product or service for a customer and they want to keep track of this workflow then Insightly is very useful. The more complex a business operation is then Insightly starts to become difficult to use. I would recommend Insightly for small and medium sized businesses. Large businesses might have issues delegating tasks across many different users in a large company.

Insightly is very good for small-sized companies. We were very happy when we started with the system, but as our company grew, Insightly didn't evolve as much. We had some hiccups with journeys (you can't modify your journey once it is started). The landing page builder is not as modern as some other platforms. When you want to analyze your data, it is not easy to cross-reference if your data is coming from different objects (ex, linked reports). There are no AI components yet. The support is also very slow. Overall, the system is decent, but not mind-blowing.

Insightly is our CRM. We use it for customer relations as well as for our marketing. It is integral for all of our data. It is the central point for all of our information. We are able to engage with prospects then follow-up with them as they become leads. We can tehn create proposals and contract. Once they become a client we can manage that relationship through different projects we are working on with each client.

Insightly is a very solid CRM. For our business needs it satisfies all of them. We can easily keep track of the pipeline, stage of particular partners, contacts, etc.
We use the INS CRM tool to monitor the department's projects and pipelines and track their progress. We ensure that we use the INS CRM tool on every aspect of the technical, bookkeeping, admin, and tax teams. We keep track of the end users or customers who submit all their financial data to ensure they are correctly documented, stored, and kept safe. We use the tool to ensure no projects get left behind or fall into the cracks and develop new processes for proper streamlining. This tool is beneficial for centralizing all the firm's targets and KPIs. My only comment on the user interface is it is pretty basic and straightforward; it could use a different color palette.

It could be used as a central database of all the pertinent info or details from end users, customers, and minute details of the projects. It can be helpful to track all the progress that the team and the individual make. We can generate reports from it directly, be more agile, and get the needed KPIs.

It is extremely valuable to our sales team as well as our production team. I also love how it connects information to the web on additional information on media contact that we have entered, allowing us to easily look more information.

I mainly use Insightly API to pull data to a database so I can view it through Vue.js components. Some issues I would say is the process of even getting the API and the fields that we need is a lot longer and harder process than other services

If you are making calls and need to keep track for multiple companies who do all different thing I think it is set up very well for that. I have not personally used the Marketing for insightly but I have heard good things about it
