Smart Contracts for Busy Teams

Rating: 10 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use INHUBBER to manage contracts across all departments, including therapy teams, HR, and administration. From therapist onboarding to vendor agreements, everything is centralized. E-signatures save time: mobile access adapts to our workflow, and we no longer have to worry about finding signed documents or meeting deadlines. It has been a huge help with time management.

Pros

  • Effortless contract tracking.
  • Fast mobile signing
  • User friendly interface

Cons

  • Could use a tiny splash of color

Likelihood to Recommend

It is especially useful in scenarios where speed and clarity are important, such as during staff onboarding or updating organizational policies. For short-term, one-off agreements, it may seem like more than necessary.

Truly powerful platform

Rating: 10 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have some high volume contracts and many low volume contracts. If we didn't manage them well, missed renewals often resulted in us getting worse terms or higher prices from suppliers. We started standardizing the management process for the low volume contracts and were able to increase profitability to 20-30%. In some cases, it is enough to remind the supplier of the cancellation to get a better offer without us having to negotiate. Meanwhile, we have moved the entire contract management to INHUBBER.

Pros

  • Creation of actionable information from many contracts at once.
  • Accelerate deal closing and shorten approval time.

Cons

  • The simplicity of INHUBBER is an advantage and should stay that way. Maybe you could offer some plug-ins or add-ons with specific additional features. e.g. special AI analyses for the shipping documents.

Likelihood to Recommend

I think anything beyond gentlemen's agreements needs automated contract management. The only reason almost no one uses it is because it takes time to learn and it's difficult to use. INHUBBER has solved these problems, it's easy to use and the AI helps avoid tedious routines.

INHUBBER Review

Rating: 10 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The varies strongly dependent on the departments. We mostly use the platform to stay compliant with the negotiated terms. I additionally often generate the reports.

Pros

  • INHUBBER made a good job to keep everything simple.
  • I use the import and export feature a lot.
  • It is very useful to upload many documents at once and to download the spreadsheet with what is important.

Cons

  • I would make AI analysis a standard feature so that each document would come with the extracted fields directly after upload.

Likelihood to Recommend

Probably besides some complex situations, where lawyers have to draft the document from scratch, INHUBBER will do great. Especially it is suitable to keep track of the usually underutilized extras that you often miss out on unless you have a dedicated person managing the contract.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Overall, it tracks the expiration dates, renewal periods, etc. of our contracts, automates and manages approvals, and helps maintain order in contract management. We have all of our contracts in one place, which is very helpful for version control. All employees have access to documents based on permissions, regardless of the IT system, they are currently using. This keeps our documents and information safe and well-structured. Deadlines are extracted by the software and always taken care of by a sophisticated reminder management system. During the COVID, while employees work remotely, the software saves a lot of time in managing documents and approvals.

Pros

  • It tracks contract expiration dates, renewal periods, etc.
  • Automates and manages approvals and helps maintain order in contract management.
  • Keeps contracts in a secure location and supports version control.
  • Saves time by extracting useful data, e.g. deadlines.
  • Provides a very handy reminder management system.

Cons

  • You could improve the user experience by including translation features within the platform.

Likelihood to Recommend

It's powerful if you're aiming for inclusive contract management with authorized access to contracts across departments. AI extraction, efficient signature processes, and reminder management save time on every move.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use INHUBBER to engage our partners in managing contractual obligations and overall contract management. It has an intuitive interface that makes onboarding and operations easy. Intelligent features such as AI-powered document import or metadata analysis save time and help avoid human errors. Reporting is done through the dashboard and provides data that can be used to reduce the complexity of contract management and increase the speed of decision-making, or often simply to automate decisions. The platform is secure with EU servers as well as encryption, e.g it does not require third-party vendors, e.g. for signing documents.

Pros

  • Engaging partners in contract management especially in setting and managing deadlines.
  • It has an intuitive interface that makes onboarding and operations easy. AI document import or metadata analysis saves time and helps avoid human errors.

Cons

  • I couldn't find any complicated or missing features.

Likelihood to Recommend

Organize large volumes of contracts with attachments. Reduce the number of copies and versions of documents. To keep documents in a location that is searchable and provides an overview of what the contracts are intended to accomplish. To stay up to date on the terms and conditions of documents and take advantage of opportunities such as volume discounts accordingly.

We use it to manage and securely store our contracts. In addition to basic functions such as setting deadlines, organizing documents in one place, and sending them for signature, Inhubber is used to reduce document complexity, extract, and enhance metadata. The software not only allows for quick analysis of documents but also helps to use the extracted information to actually manage the obligations and information in the contracts. We submit contracts and all relevant data for signature so that the entire date is approved, not just the text of the document.

Pros

  • Extract metadata with AI as well as manually add data
  • Keep documents secure and GDPR compliant
  • Turning documents into functional tools for managing your tasks
  • Signing contracts and their attachments, not just the text of the contracts
  • INHUBBER brings more clarity and transparency to the agreement

Cons

  • I would suggest automated translation for the contracts. It would help to work with the international partners.

Likelihood to Recommend

It covers the basic contract management functions like setting deadlines, organizing documents in one place, and sending them for signature very well. We use it to reduce document complexity and extract and enhance metadata. It's perfect for managing obligations and information stored in contracts. In fact, AI-powered extraction is a great help to set up all relevant tasks during the initial contract management. It is perfect if you want to explicitly share not only the contract itself but also the attachments.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We probably solved all the common problems faced by contract managers. In particular, the steps and time required for approvals and signatures have been reduced. We increased the speed of contract processing and the time it takes to sign the contract. We have organized our contracts into workspaces and via spreadsheets. Improved compliance and data security.

Pros

  • Compliance and data security features.
  • Useful SharePoint integration
  • Digital signature included in each price plan.

Cons

  • I have been using it for a little less than a year and have not noticed any drawbacks.

Likelihood to Recommend

It's useful in any organization that values compliance and data security. Especially if you store your contracts in the cloud, like we do in SharePoint, Inhubber helps you organize them into workspaces and by lables. Especially if you have hundreds of documents, you can rely on AI to label and pre-organize them for you. The digital signature included in every pricing plan saves a lot of time, since you don't have to switch platforms to sign contracts. Moreover, you can also sign Excel and zip files.
