Our primary use of Impartner was for deal registration and for a good way for our partners to gain access to marketing material. There were other things we utilized liked the training, and custom data sheets.

- Training was very difficult to set up and maintain
- They show you this awesome demo environment and then you realize once you purchase the tool how much it takes to get that. At least one web designer, help from marketing, and at least a few months of dedicated work

If you are looking for a really good solution for deal registration, Impartner does a great job. Some of the things we did were very straightforward. The backend was very slick and had a lot of advanced features. It takes a lot of dedication to understand the tool. It isn’t what I would call drag and drop. My least favorite part of the tool was dealing with their director of sales. In my experience, he was really unpleasant and was mad that his team was spending time on a section of the training that his team had screwed up. When he told us we owed more money because of the extra time and I explained the situation, in my opinion, he became a bully.
