We used Red Hat Decision Manager for managing complex business rules for various front office and back office applications in our organization to automate business processes. Red Hat Decision Manager serves as the single source of truth to abstract and centralize any business and decision magic logic from the underlying applications that can be reused across different experiences.

Red Hat Decision Manager is well suited for developing a microservices-based application architecture where reusable components / APIs can be used across different end-user applications. It however may not be well suited for use cases where business users need low code / no-code environment to maintain business rules themselves without any developer / IT team support

we use hybrid cloud solutions .We have on prem and cloud applications that being used for our customers .it benefited us about security,automation and monitoring and especially docker orchestration such as Red Hat Openshift. The other issue was monitoring.By using redhat solution, we tackled with monitoring problem on containers and cloud providers (Azure,AWS,Google)

We were using Ansible for automation and Openshift for container management until Red Hat Decision Manager. It made the management on both sides simplified for us and visibled. Before the Red Hat Decision Manager,we were managing 2 products seperately .there was not any correlation between each others .The prediction by using AI made us more foresight

We used Red Hat Decision Manager for the purpose of Recruitment Process Business. As our main business is focused on recruitment process we were trying to automate the complete process. But complete Automation is not possible for our business. so we decided to use Red Hat Decision Manager and it is solving almost all of our business rules management problems. we were also able to Automate decision making for the purpose of candidate closure.

For the Recruitment Process Business, we used Red Hat Decision Manager. We were attempting to automate the entire process because our primary company is focused on the recruitment process. However, comprehensive automation is not conceivable in our industry. As a result, we chose Red Hat Decision Manager, which has solved nearly all of our business rule management issues. We were also able to automate decision-making in order to close candidates. It easily fits with our Agile process.

We used JBoss BRMS as a rule engine to keep centralized the business rules that can be applied for one of our clients and to have the ability to change them in real-time without needing to recompile or release new source code.

If the rules are going to be managed by IT people JBoss BRMS is good enough, if you're looking for a tool that will be used only by business analysts, you'll probably like to find for another BRMS
