Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As the owners of a fashion e-commerce business, we use Bluework to maintain our supply chain processes and inventory management. Our inventory consists of thousands of products managed by around ten people. Multiple members can work on updating the inventory simultaneously without causing any issues.

Pros

Real-Time Team Collaboration and Updations.
Creation & Updations of the framework in my process.
Inventory management.
Integration with HubSpot, thus helping in performing marketing emails.

Cons

Integration with Slack and Microsoft Teams can also be added.
There should be a virtual tour for beginners at the beginning.

Likelihood to Recommend

Bluework can be suited for mid- or large-sized companies. We have a very large chunk of data that needs to be managed by multiple people simultaneously, which makes a perfect use case for Bluework. Moreover, Bluework has very accurate data visualization. Automatons: When we need to update our inventory due to low stock, Blue Work automation reminds us to update the low stock product quantity!

We are a education trust in India.

We use IBM Blueworks Live to manage all our student, teachers data.

With IBM Blueworks Live we keep all the records of fees, academics, notices etc.

Pros

Management of students, teachers data

Students report generation with charts

Cons

IBM Blueworks Live doesn't support integration with Hubspot, I think it should work on adding that integration
Integration with platforms other than IBM is a bit tough
Introduction UI is a bit tough to understand in the beginning

In our cases we have to manage the data of around 23000 students and IBM Blueworks Live makes the job very easy.

Moreover it's feature to generate charts that is very helpful in cases where you need a visual representation of a large chunk of data

We are fashion eCommerce company based in India. We use IBM Blueworks Live in managing our inventory. Using IBM Blueworks Live we keep all our inventory updated in our admin panel as well as other platforms where we sell our garments such as myntra. We also have our in-house web development team which creates all their database schema and we diagrams using IBM Blueworks Live.

The whole IBM Blueworks Live experience for my organisation has been fantastic. When it comes to process automation, it functions incredibly effectively. The user can create charts and maps and quickly automate any complicated problem because to its visual features. It's drag and drop functionality minimizes mistakes and saves a ton of time.

We used it to document processes for sales and service teams. It was a starting point for developing more formal documentation for our teams giving us a central location that we could use for discussions.

We used IBM Blueworks Live to document all of our business scenarios during our initial discovery sessions. We would then go back and use each of the processes to deep dive into the who/what/when of each step so that we weren't potentially missing important details. These then became part of the artefacts used for design, QA and training.
