Almost our whole organization uses Hubspot. The departments that use it include our marketing team, sales team, and operations team. We use Hubspot to keep all the departments aligned and on the same page when it comes to lead generation, account development, and project management.

It is very intuitive and easy for beginners to pick up and use.
It syncs quite nicely to email and internal communication tools.

At times, it feels like there are too many options, which can be overwhelming when trying to grasp all that it has to offer fully.
The reporting features are lacking. It can be challenging to pull and export reports to share with users who are not on Hubspot.
It appears to have more issues with Windows; it consistently logs out and requires re-login to the CRM and the HubSpot Outlook add-on.

It's one of the leaders in the CRM space. It's easy to get new hires up to speed on how our organization uses it, as many of them have experience with it from their past employers. It's also easy and intuitive to use, allowing new users to get started quickly.
HubSpot CRM does a fair job at keeping contacts organized and allows for all users to contribute to keeping tabs on customers. It also allows us to manage and track all communications between our consultants and management. I especially like using it paired with the gmail extension which allows me to track my emails and even see when the client opens them.

HubSpot CRM is very useful in the way it integrates with gmail and allows for custom forms to be created and synced with google calendar. It keeps things organized for our team in a way that is very helpful and seamless. I find it clunky when using it to organize contacts.
I use HubSpot CRM to track deals - I move them into different funnels as they progress through the sales journey from a qualified lead all the way to closed deal. I also use to to log support query tickets.

I like colours - I want to know certain things about a client just by seeing a different colour.
To elaborate on the color - if a client is cash or finance I'd like to know by seeing what colour the deal is.

It is super easy to use for the most part. I originally picked it up for general use in a day and a half or two. I think there are still more thing I don't know or they just don't exist and based on the ease of use I am leaning towards they don't exist.
We use HubSpot to track qualified leads. The platform allows us to seamlessly track leads by forwarding emails or automatically capturing emails for key contacts. The system files attachments, chronicles meetings, and allows one to qualify the lead and its potential for generating revenue.
