We use HotTelecom services for our marketing campaigns. SMS phone numbers let us register the accounts on needed webservices and also receive messages from leads with all the statistics needed for further decisions.

Pros

ability to connect needed amount of numbers
easy to make needed changes in settings

Cons

it would be better if they provide wider geo coverage of SMS numbers for registration on online services. They are working on that at the moment.

We have used their SMS phone numbers for our marketing campaigns. They provide phone numbers that can be used both for registrations on webservices and receiving messages from real users. And there are no problems to get the needed amount of phone numbers.

The VoIP system by HotTelecom is used across the whole organization. It helps us to increase the level of effectiveness is working with incoming calls. Their solution also helps us to increase customers' loyalty level because now they do not need to spend a lot of time waiting to get the needed employee or department.

When our clients or partners call our corporate number they can now reach any needed employee or department by themselves. It is simple - they just need to use voice assistant and press the needed number.

HotTelecom is being used by my entire company as a telephony solution. Virtual phone numbers, fax, and PBX have been provided by them. Our customer support receive all the incoming calls to a toll-free number, and each specialist can redirect calls to one another one or to a manager of a higher level. We also use call recording service to make regular check-ups and to be sure that our customers are satisfied with the help provided.

Pros

Friendly and responsive customer support.
Wide geographical coverage.
It's easy to set up.
High-quality phone calls.
There are a lot of additional services available.

Cons

Outbound calls feature activation through an email request.
Call statistics data have to be downloaded in CSV files.
