Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Hoopla helped us improve our culture, employee performance, and engagement. From small teams to large teams hoopla gets the job done. Boosting performance by offering competitions is a great idea. I haven't found any drawbacks except for some of our low performers or less tech-savvy people feeling like they can't compete with the go-getters.
