Great tool for Async hiring

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Great tool, it does what it has to do brilliantly. We use it mainly in the hiring process and for the onboarding of new employees. This second use case is very interesting because it works pretty well for us, when someone starts at ForceManager, should record a Hireflix answering some questions done by the CEO. This video is a great introduction of the candidate for everyone in the company, moreover now that we are working remote.

Pros

  • Easy to use.
  • Async Interviews with ease.
  • We use it for on boarding as well.

Cons

  • Integration with our HR system, though I know they are on it.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Async interviews are absolutely a time saver, and having the interviews recorded helps more colleagues join the evaluation of new hirings. My HR team set up the tool by themselves with no issues, and they are zero tech-savvy... so I would say it's super easy to set up and when up and running, it works.

Pros

  • Accelerates our hiring processes and increases the number of candidates we can manage. We optimize our time and are more effective to hire in less time.
  • It also serves us in employee hiring processes that are difficult to organize a face-to-face or online meetings.
  • Above all, we value that it allows us to manage a greater volume of employee hiring processes in an orderly manner .

Cons

  • I would prefer more personalization in the communication emails, but this is not a critical point. Some interviewees don't complete the interview, but, we have realized that this actually helps us as it means they have no interest in the process.

Likelihood to Recommend

When we hire people who are in other regions and with different time uses, an asynchronous interview service is perfect.

It focuses the time of my team on the candidates that have the most chances to find a good fit with us. This benefits all the candidates and our company and employees.

Amazing one-way video interview tool for screening candidates!!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Hireflix to screen candidates for our internship program - it is used by the entire organization. It basically allows us to batch review and save tons of time with initial interview screening. Before Hireflix we had to schedule interviews with hundreds of candidates, and now we save all that time.

Pros

  • Easy to invite candidates using a public link.
  • Easy to set-up the video interviews, took 10 minutes.
  • Easy to review responses and fast- can watch on 2x or 3x speed.
  • Very user-friendly all around.
  • Amazing customer support.

Cons

  • It would be nice if it was easier to message candidates in-app.
  • I had other issues, but they were solved by the Hireflix product team quickly!

I think Hireflix is particularly well-suited for companies that have a lot of candidates applying to a position and they want to do screening interviews with dozens of candidates but don't have time to arrange for in-person calls with each candidate. Before Hireflix, I would spend 30min per candidate screening (10min scheduling the interview and 20min on the interview) and now I spend 5min (1min emailing the Hireflix link and 4min watching the interview on 2-3x speed).

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use one-way video interviewing to analyze pitches from entrepreneurs. It is being used by investors and advisors. Our process is simple: We define some questions that we need to be answered by the entrepreneurs and they record their videos answering them.

We needed a simple, reasonably priced and effective solution to re-watch and analyze entrepreneurs' interviews and that's exactly what Hireflix delivered.

Pros

  • Effective solution: ease of use and simple process.
  • Manage a big pool of videos without a problem.
  • Top-notch support.

Cons

  • Stats for each process could be deeper.

When you are doing an interview in person or by telephone/video-conference you can loose information or forget to ask something important. You can solve it [by] writing your questions and sending them to the interviewee using Hireflix's platform so he/she can record his/her video-response whenever he/she can and you can re-watch the video-response any time you want.

In addition, you could send/share the interview with your team in order to check, comment and decide about the interviewee.
