Consistent Updates to Candidate Pool: Hired consistently refreshes its candidate pool with highly qualified individuals in fields such as product, engineering, data, and design. Users find that this regular update leads to successful hires for their teams, making it a worthwhile investment.
Good Set of Information Provided: The information provided on Hired's platform is sufficient for users to identify the right candidate for their needs. They appreciate being able to view resumes, profiles, contact details, compensation expectations, and preferred tech stacks.
Very bad experience with Vettery. Gave promises of incentives in order to interview candidates, and once we did our part to earn the incentive, they did not fulfill their end of the agreement. Seems like they will only fulfill their end of the bargain once we use their (exorbitantly) expensive platform to hire (bad) candidates! Don't use Vettery!
Pros
Simple, clean UI.
Cons
Bad quality of candidates.
No candidate screening or pre-qualification.
No ability to help convince candidates that the interviewing company is a good company.
No service outside of trying to convince you to interview more people.
Candidates couldn't code!
Likelihood to Recommend
It is well-suited if you want to hire underqualified developers who lie about their skills and cannot pass a real interview. Don't use this tool as their candidates seem groomed to talk the talk but not walk the walk!
Vettery is used across the organization, with a central base within the Human Resources team. The Human Resources team, along with Hiring Managers throughout our company search for qualified candidates and extend meeting invitations through the tool.
This tool is effective in finding candidates to interview for various open opportunities at the organization. Our Recruiters build up a pipeline from sourcing efforts and also comb through the many candidates delivered to our team each week through the Vettery tool.
Pros
Vettery provides quality candidates for open opportunities.
Vettery provides a hands-on support team that establishes a strong relationship with Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
Vettery has established auto-responders to ensure candidates are moving through the pipeline effectively.
Cons
Their 'Connie' tool can be a bit invasive. Sometimes Recruiters go at a really fast pace and don't always use the Vettery email to ensure candidates are scheduled but the Connie tool will message you asking you to set up meetings even after they're on the calendar.
Likelihood to Recommend
Vettery is appropriate for a scaling business. Our company experienced tremendous growth and so it's truly helpful to have a tool fill in the gaps of a Talent Acquisition pipeline. Not every candidate is going to get hired, but that's okay. You find diamonds in the rough and you get a sense of what talent is out there to compare.
