This product is great for organizations. You can quickly upload documents, e-sign them, and save the files securely through the cloud. The pricing is also affordable for users and organizations. It can be suitable for sales contracts and master service agreements, where you want to do a digital signature rather than a manual signature that would take time.
Pros
Quickly eSignature for sales agreement contract.
Cloud software tool.
The tool integrate with emails platform.
Cons
It can have better user Interface.
Its can support different languages; it would be helpful for other users.
I would like to see AI agent for any questions interactions.

This software tool is excellent. You can upload any file you wish to have an eSignature, such as a sales agreement, master service agreement, or contract between two different entities. It would save time and be better than manually signing papers, which would take a lot of time.
We use Dropbox Sign daily to collect signatures from our clients on fee contracts and court documents to retain us. Many of our clients live out of state, and Dropbox Sign helps us collect signatures instantly without emailing, downloading, signing, scanning, emailing, or mailing the originals back to us. It's also easy to use, track which documents are missing signatures, trigger reminders, and access any past fully executed documents.
Pros
User-friendly. No training of any sort needed to use. It's pretty self-explanatory.
Follow-ups. If a document goes unsigned, it automatically sends reminders, but you can also easily trigger reminders to be emailed.
The notifications are also super helpful. An email is sent if the signer even opens the document. It lets me know that someone saw what I sent them. I like getting another notification after they sign and a final email after everyone has signed the documents, including the executed document as an attachment. It's so helpful!
Cons
More font options. Some of the signature fonts are a little too bold. It would be nice to have more options that look realistic (not bold nor too neat).
Odd font size options are all even numbers. It would be nice to pick a font size between two numbers.
An "X" option for checkboxes instead of the check mark.

Someone who has never used Dropbox Sign before could quickly figure it out without needing a tutorial or guide. It is very useful in instantly collecting signatures and keeping others in the loop as well, even if they aren't signers. I love that there's an option to cc someone in basically and they'll be able to see the documents and when it's signed. It's also impossible to miss a document not being signed because it automatically sends reminders to signers if they do not sign and emails reminders daily, letting me know how many documents are pending signatures.

My experience with Dropbox Sign's G2 marketing campaign left me feeling pretty let down. It just seemed like they weren't being totally upfront with their customers. And when it comes to the product itself, I've gotta say, it's not exactly blowing me away. Plus, I've heard some worrying things about security issues. Honestly, I wouldn't feel right recommending it to anyone, especially if they're concerned about keeping their stuff safe. I use sign for two of my businesses and considering different product at this time.
Pros
Nothing
Not a lot
Negligible difference
Cons
Security
User experience
Core functionality

I've really given Dropbox Sign a fair shot, but I just can't bring myself to recommend it to anyone. Security is a big deal for me, and unfortunately - in my experience, it falls short in that department. Plus, when it comes to using it, I feel the whole experience is just kind of meh. It's not terrible, but it's definitely not wowing me either. And then there's the price... For what they're asking, in my opinion, there are definitely better options out there that offer more bang for your buck. All in all, I'd say it's worth exploring other alternatives before committing to Dropbox Sign.

We use it to send contracts for signature. It helps to speed up the time to close and also integrates with our CRM to track this activity in HubSpot. We find it useful to automate the process and improve efficiencies.
Pros
automation with CRM
improve time to close
optimize processes
Cons
More complex integration with HubSpot and other CRMs to deliver contracts from the CRM directly.

We find it's great to send any type of contract for our business whether it's a proposal for sales, NDA, etc. It helps to keep track of these items not only in DropBox, but also in our CRM tool.
I namely use it for contract signing and the occasional letter to a client that needs my signature. Also I use it when a digital signature is needed for documents for admin/official purposes, like tax forms to the IRS.
Pros
It makes it easy to put fields into a document
The price is right for my needs
the audit trail it provides is important
Cons
Nothing that I can think of, but honestly, it is not a product I use or need daily

If you need a cheaper alternative to DocuSign and you only need it for digital signatures, then it is a great alternative to Adobe Acrobat. Also for the free package, they offer three signatures a month which is not a bad deal if you don't need these kinds of services regularly.
All of our contracts are done via electronic signature and are unique to each client. Even without using the template feature, this is very easy to do.
Pros
Efficiency
Time Stamped
Easy user Interface
Cons
Clients think they have to sign to read the agreements. The button to view and/or download should be easier to find.
Customers of yours (us) should have a choice of whether a client can download or only view onscreen a contract before signing.

We were users of Hellosign when Dropbox Sign purchased the software. We were
worried it would become ignored. So far incredible they have done is to
improve the product. Bravo!
I have used many signing services, and hello sign is by far the easiest to use and most reliable. I love that it auto-detects fields from a PDF as this greatly saves time in sending standard IRS, SBA, or our own documents as we only have to add a signature field and don't have to add every single field like we have had to do with other signing services. Also, our clients constantly report that they find it very easy to sign in on their phones.
Pros
Works well on mobile devices.
Auto detects PDF fields.
Is very easy to use and auto fills emails as you type them.
Cons
Doesn't recognize signature fields in PDFs.
Signing links don't support multiple signers.
Doesn't work well with word docs.

It is well suited to any business which has its customers fill out or sign documents. It is good for both contracts and applications and information gathering. Also good for contractor docs. Not sure what it isn't suited for as it fills all of our needs. We use it a ton.
