- Manage expenses submitted by employees
- Limits can be set to expenses ( for example, cab expenses cannot be claimed for more than 150 rupees without including a bill)

- Very difficult to retrieve expenses that have already been approved
- Filling in data with required time stamp, which is difficult to do for each expense
