Happy is used to manage travel expenses. I travel often for my work due to client visits and events, which lead to a lot of expenses on the go. Happy helped with managing the bills and getting reimbursed in time. The expense approval went through a chain of authority which helped the company keep a track of the finances transparently.

Pros

  • Manage expenses submitted by employees
  • Limits can be set to expenses ( for example, cab expenses cannot be claimed for more than 150 rupees without including a bill)

Cons

  • Very difficult to retrieve expenses that have already been approved
  • Filling in data with required time stamp, which is difficult to do for each expense
