I would wholeheartedly recommend Grammarly to anyone. I appreciate having the safety net of an app that can double-check everything I write. When I work in outgoing communications, it is imperative that everything be spelled right, or it will be reflected on my company when I do not spell something right.
Grammarly is not actively used by my organization, but I use it for my job every day! I send out a ton of emails each day, and I also do some proofreading and editing for our leadership team from time to time, so it's very important to me that my writing is professional.
Pros
Grammarly does a great job at quickly identifying misspelled words and offering a correction. I use so many different software applications, and not all of them have spell-checked, so Grammarly is a life-saver!
One of my favorite tools that Grammarly offers is feedback for how my email might be interpreted. I approve and reject a lot of items throughout the day, and it's important that I include notes. Grammarly pops up to let me know how my message might sound to a reader, and I value that a lot because I want my messages to sound solution-focused, professional, and helpful.
I love the Grammarly browser extension. This means [its] services pop up wherever and whenever I'm typing!
Cons
I really have nothing bad to say about Grammarly. The only con I can think of is that sometimes it might not pop up, but I imagine they're actively improving on that functionality.

Grammarly offers to spell-check wherever and whenever you're typing, which is immensely helpful. They also provide tips for improved grammar, which is very important to me. And of course, my favorite is their "how you sound to readers" function that pops up. This helps me double-check my messages so I can make sure they are positive, professional, solution-focused, and helpful.
