We utilize GoToWebinar to host all of our external webinars. We also occasionally use it to set up meetings for customers. We use it for hosting the webinar, as well as recording and editing the webinar. We also integrate into Salesforce to track opportunities from the webinars, and send reminder emails through the platform.
Pros
Editing Recordings
Managing panelist permission sets
Allowing external speakers
Cons
Lack of camera functionality (unable to blur background without an add-on, for example)
Outdated look and feel - can be complicated for external presenters who've never used it before
Difficult to use control panel. Resizing and pop-outs don't function in a clean way.

GoToWebinar works really well for hosting and recording webinars. Once you're able to navigate the (admittedly clunky) UX/UI, it's easy to host and record and edit the recording of your events. It's really easy to use with external speakers as well.

When you’re hosting a webinar with more than 200 attendees, GoTo Webinar is our go-to option. One feature that stands out is the ability to overlay graphics or text on the video feed. This can be particularly useful when you want to highlight key points, display the speaker’s name and title, or add branding elements to your presentation. Overlays can be used to display real-time reactions and comments from the audience.

We launched a product for a mass and more than 500 people attended the webinar and it was seamless.
Recording capability for the later usage
Setup is very simple for both admins and end users
Polls are helpful in assessing the engagement of the customers
Cons
The polls we conduct are transient and they are not persistent
Integration with Marketo was not available, not sure if they have added now
Blackboard and free hand drawings are not available

It is well suited for a mass audience of at least 100 plus. Polling features, audience engagement features, and seamless audio and video are some of the qualities that make the product feel very mature.
It might not be well suited if the company or target audience is small, they could very well use the regular, teams or Skype for Business without paying extra.

Although it's easy for organiser to use goto webinar, users have reported issues and long wait time on their end and they don't have much control over the session

As a small tech company, GoTo Webinar is awesome for our quarterly product launches and inviting stakeholders are very easy and painless.
For internal meetings with a few participants, simpler video conferencing solutions like Zoom or Google Meet might be more convenient and easy to setup. If GoTo Webinar has a simpler, lightweight version, it might be more attractive to replace zoom or meet

I help set up, host, or otherwise provide backup for webinars. We aim for one webinar per quarter and invite our customers to attend to learn about what’s new with our software, provide important information about different areas of the business, and more.
Pros

Webinar recording
Cons
More robust reporting

GoTo is great for when you need to provide a lot of info to a wide audience. They make it easy to collect info from attendees live as the webinar is in progress. However, we regularly experience one issue or another. In a recent webinar, we weren't able to launch the webinar due to it not working well with our VPN. We've used others with no issue, but this resulted in a catastrophic showing for us.
We used GoTo Webinar for hosting webinars and online events with multiple panelists and hundreds of attendees.
Pros
Webinar set-up
Webinar reporting
Webinar logistics
Cons
Apple users have had their cameras blocked
Running the webinar from the browser rather than separate app
More intuitive control panel

GoTo Webinar is great for setting up your standard webinar broadcast or live session. It's simple and easy to set up and execute. However, it's not a super fancy tool, so it probably won't deliver a more branded experience for participants besides virtual backgrounds and live content sharing.

This product we generally use for webinars and yes it has the capability to handle the audience. This software also has good options to share the screen, chat options and also recording management is good. This Platform has a simple interface to use it. that helps while presenting something. A few of the negatives I faced but yes this can be continued.

Cons
Audio
Interface while presenting shows a black area on audience screen
File attachment and Chat option

When you are going to plan a Webinar and the audience is large then it is a good platform to use. It also can be used just for broadcasting any presentation. I can't see any issue where it doesn't fit. but if planning for something which really matters for the proofs then this might be an wrong decision because its audio breaks frequently and also its sidebar shows black colour on viewer screen
