This is great for getting a team together and presenting information especially with team members in different areas or time zones. It can be set up relatively quickly for a small meeting or planned well in advance for a larger training session. If you need a more interactive solution, this product maybe isn't the best choice.

GoTo Webinar works very well for scheduling a session for attendees, including confirmations and easy to understand How To directions for attendees who may not be familiar. If the simple directions are followed correctly, then getting everyone connected is easy with very few confused or struggling participants that we need to assist with the setup. We can also easily record the sessions to provide after the live webinar concludes.
I use GoTo Webinar exclusively to participate in webinars organized by other companies, so my perspective is from a participant in a webinar broadcast by GoTo Webinar. I use its app from an iPhone and access it from a PC. This helps me access relevant content published by large organizations that contribute to my professional growth.

As a webinar participant, I tested many other platforms, such as Zoom, WebEx, Google Meets, Teams, etc. GoTo Webinar is one more platform available that does the job very well and has pretty much the same features as the others. I believe that all these platforms have the same basic features, and GoTo Webinar doesn't stand behind its competitors.
We are able to connect quickly when we need to come together to cover important discussions. This is one of the best versions I have honestly have been able to use. So simple user friendly to the point my Mother could learn and be able to us it like a pro.

It is indeed well-suited and optimized for such events, which means a lot of the extras that Zoom or Teams might have are trimmed to not add a lot of extra features and buttons that might distract the end user, distract them as they attend a Webinar, or confuse them as they try to log on or register.
