I use GoTo Webinar for Manage Webinars for participants over 500 plus. I have giving online classes for Digital Marketing Students pursuing to develop a freelancing Career and GoTo Webinar has helped me a lot for that. It was easy share recorded session to my participants. Promotion is easy through GoTo Webinar.

GoTo webinar is used to host and attend webinars (both for and by internal and external audiences). The product addresses the business problem that many SMB clients and audiences have access to GoTo webinars, and we do not want to miss out on them (especially when we are targeting them through partners).

Pros

Ease of set up and access and use.
Price point is good.
Recognition across SMB clients and prospects.

Cons

Not much of brand acceptance across mid to large enterprises.
Gives a legacy look and feel (brand-wise too).
Should be more vocal on marketing promotions.

Likelihood to Recommend

GoTo webinars are well suited for smaller marketing/sales teams, SMBs, or companies with very tight budgets that want value out of their investments. They may be less appropriate for organizations that want to scale across large enterprises or invest in companies focusing on AI and Gen AI.

Our company uses this for video training purposes. its ability to schedule, moderate, and host webinars is straightforward and easy to use. You are able to reach a wide audience especially with a team that is in different locations. Works good for people that are in the field or work from home or another office location.

This is great for getting a team together and presenting information especially with team members in different areas or time zones. We use GoTo Webinar to deliver training sessions to an audience of corporate clients. Audience size varies between 1 to 20 students attending each session, and a recording is always provided. Conversley, we are also frequently on the user end, when someone else has scheduled a webinar that we're attending.

GoTo Webinar works very well for scheduling a session for attendees, including confirmations and easy to understand How To directions for attendees who may not be familiar. If the simple directions are followed correctly, then getting everyone connected is easy with very few confused or struggling participants that we need to assist with the setup. We can also easily record the sessions to provide after the live webinar concludes.

I use GoTo Webinar exclusively to participate in webinars organized by other companies, so my perspective is from a participant in a webinar broadcast by GoTo Webinar. I use its app from an iPhone and access it from a PC. This helps me access relevant content published by large organizations that contribute to my professional growth.

Organize the presentation well.
Give you interaction options.
Give you control over video and sound on your computer.

Cons

It could have a web version (I need to download an exe file).

As a webinar participant, I tested many other platforms, such as Zoom, WebEx, Google Meets, Teams, etc. GoTo Webinar is one more platform available that does the job very well and has pretty much the same features as the others. I believe that all these platforms have the same basic features, and GoTo Webinar doesn't stand behind its competitors.

We are able to connect quickly when we need to come together to cover important discussions. This is one of the best versions I have honestly have been able to use. So simple user friendly to the point my Mother could learn and be able to us it like a pro.

I use GoTo Webinar to remotely attend Continuing Education webinars. This software makes attending such webinars very easy. I typically receive a GoTo Webinar link, which then will produce an event that I can put on my calendar. The interface itself is not dissimilar to Zoom and other video conferencing software, which makes it quite accessible.

Simple User Interface that runs smoothly.
Links to webinars make it easy for attendees to register for and attend virtual events.
GoTo Webinar event streams tend to be quite stable.

Likelihood to Recommend

GoTo Webinar excels at hosting webinars ... obviously. It is indeed well-suited and optimized for such events, which means a lot of the extras that Zoom or Teams might have are trimmed to not add a lot of extra features and buttons that might distract the end user, distract them as they attend a Webinar, or confuse them as they try to log on or register.
