We use this to host video calls, especially with clients that are in different time zones or use different video call systems. We have also used it as a way to record presentations as well.

We had a last-minute all-team call, and it was very easy to send out a meeting link/invitation and get everyone on the call. Everyone had a seamless time joining and collaborating with conversation and screen sharing.

We use GoTo Connect for our phone system. We are a 30-person firm and have used several products over the last 20 years. But GoTo has reliable call quality and generally favorable pricing. It allows us to expand the phone system to folks who are entirely remote as well.

We do a ton of conference calls and GoTo is very good at handling, even with dozens of participants. We get good call quality pretty consistently. There is not really a great system to for maintaining contacts, but we don't really need that. It is very reasonably priced and popular for smaller shops who don't have a big phone/conference budget.

I use GoTo Connect to communicate with my clients and provide them with the support they need. The texting feature is on of the best features and when paired with the phone app, it is like having a separate work phone without having to go out and purchase a whole new phone. Whenever I am off the clock or in a meeting that I cannot be pulled away from, the option to mute the app is incredibly helpful and super easy to use. This has been a great communication tool and made my work life easier.

It is great as an on the go phone or as a soft phone on a computer using the desktop app, the only times I have struggled with it are when the cell reception is not great and I have had to switch to my personal phone to complete the call.
We use GoTo Connect for project discussions with our teammates and clients. Mainly breakout rooms help us to switch from one meeting to another with the help of organizers without quitting from one meeting to another. This functionality is impressive.

GoTo Connect is our primary phone and meeting platform. Our biggest issue was the lack of ability to have access to our phone system while staff worked remotely. It was causing large issues for our firm when clients needed to speak with a staff member who was not in office. GoTo Connect app saved the day. It can be used on any smart phone and we can transfer a call directly to a staff member. Client's no longer need to get a return call.

We're an MSP and use GoTo Connect to resell to our clients. Most phone cloud PBXproviders are honestly about the same. Primarily we are attracted to GoTo Connect's visual call flow and we've been with them since they were called Jive. No one else has a good visual call flow and it saves a lot of time compared to other systems. They have decent support and decent prices and that helps keep us with them. Also, it's not a Broadsoft back end so that's another huge plus for us.

It's still a cloud system so branches are easily connected, analog devices function well with adapters, and they have SMS marketing campaigns and great call center features.
