We use Google Workspace across a number of facets. We use gmail as our primary email meaning that all internal and external communications are sent through Gmail. I oversee the sales function which involves taking multiple sales and demo calls per day. These are all ran using Google Meet, and I transcribe all calls using Gemini's note taker, and sometimes record calls using the internal call recording function. Utilising Google Workspace means I can utilise all the features of one platform without needing to use other platforms for meets, transcriptions etc. I manage all meetings both internal and external through google calendar, saving me needing an external call calendar. Beyond this, we utilise Google Docs for any documentation that is required, I use Google Sheets for data imports and exports, and all of this is managed with Google Drive.Utilising Google Workspace is incredibly helpful for being able to house everything under one roof, especially as leading a sales function involves the use of different tools for calls, documentations, transcriptions, email etc, so everything being in one place gives me a single source of truth.

I find that google workspace covers all the bases that I would need my day to day work solution to offer. Workspace is perfect if you're someone working in sales who regularly sets up and hosts meetings. The meet solution is reliable, the transcription through Gemini is almost always perfect, and the recording function is easy to use. Calendar backs this up well by being simple and easy to use. Although having the ability to share your calendar link for people to book in meetings would elevate this further. You can also never go wrong with Gmail, it is reliable, has strong spam filters and rarely ever goes down.

On the flip side, despite Docs, Slides and Sheets covering the basic functionalities that you would need to create a good base level of documents, it does lack some advanced functionalities that other providers offer. Especially in Sheets, I use sheets regularly for importing and exporting data for cold outreach, it works perfectly fine for this, but if you were looking to start creating dashboards etc using sheets as the base for this, it can start to get a bit tricky and limited.

Google Docs is a hub for accessing project documentation, SharePoint, and email. We’ve been able to access what we need from anywhere without worrying about lag or loading times. Gmail is an efficient email service with a simple user interface. Chatting through Google Chat has allowed us to have meaningful conversations without needing to be in the same office space.

The cloud service from Google (G-Suite) has a great feature for sharing documents and working/editing them with other people. I've found that it's nowhere near as time-consuming to write copy for my clients by collaborating on the document through G-Suite. [Google Workspace] G Suite is solidly my favorite software for email management. Though it took some work to get used to, being able to mix both personal and corporate mail in one place has made me appreciate its intuitive interface.

We use Google Workspace to organize, collaborate, and manage our core business tools. The simplicity of sharing with non-google users is one of the biggest advantages to all other collaborative business platforms. Google Workspace allows us to house all of our important assets and provides the backbone for business tools such as Gmail for business, Google Drive, Google Docs, Sheets and more.

All-in-one tool kit for most business applications including SSO (within google products) helps to further integrate things like Google Ads and Google My Business. Less appropriate would be things like Google Sites, as this service is very simple. With a little bit of emphasis on this, Google could potentially have a decent landing page builder on its hands that pairs nicely with Google Ads.

Google Workspace is the main collaborative working tool for our organization. We are spread across the country, and use Google for communication, video calls, storage, and file editing in a variety of ways. It has been consistent, secure, and well priced for our organization. Also, the offering has grown with our company and allowed our employees to work in a collaborative manner, with an intuitive interface.

I think Google Workspace is a great tool to manage MOST of your organization's needs working remotely. I believe their email tool and storage are some of the best in the industry at this time. I also believe many people will still need to purchase an Office 365 subscription to handle more advanced Excel files and editing in Word or PowerPoint, but Google will check 90% of the boxes. I have also found Google to be the most intuitive player in this market, which is great for training people who may not be as used to working remotely.

We use Google Workspace [(formerly G Suite)] internally organization wide for all it has to offer - email, calendar, drive, docs, sheets, slides, meet, voice, etc. By leveraging Google Workspace [(formerly G Suite)] it allows us to have a distributed team with ease and saves us time managing tools and processes, allowing us to focus on our work.

Google Workspace [(formerly G Suite)] is especially well suited for managing corporate email, calendars, and documents. Making use of Docs, Sheets, and Slides make it especially easy to collaborate with teammates and the ability to store everything within Drive allows access from anywhere. An active internet connection is required for such operations so working offline is a no go and traditional client apps would be better.

Google Workspace is used by our entire organization for user management, single sign on, email, office productivity, and shared drive access. We split our usage between full access across engineer, operations, HR, and business development, and partial access for departments such as accounting, and legal. What would typically be done using a series of services (Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, NAS) is done through a single product suite.

Google Workspace is well suited for startup, small and medium businesses. For very large enterprises managing large users are a granular level becomes next to impossible, and instead policy based controls offered by other competitors are more effective. Workspace provides access to a number of separate product families into a single subscription, which makes it ideal for smaller companies just getting started.

We use Google Workspace throughout the entire organization, primarily taking advantage of Gmail, Drive, and Sites. We use groups to containerize users and control access to resources internally, primarily centering around file access. Since our teams are globally distributed we rely on Google Workspace to be the core of every communication we have, including customer support, sales and meetings. As [a] global workforce, we're able to reliably stay in contact with each other despite the distance that separates us.

Google Workspace is ideal for companies of any size and geographic configuration. Their billing structure is easy to understand and it's easy to get set up. All the apps work as soon as you log in so setup is extremely easy especially for companies just signing up or enterprises migrating from on-prem or hybrid setups to a full cloud solution.

If you're a nonprofit you get the core suite for free, which is a huge deal since the cost savings mean any nonprofit can get set up with no risk.

Google Workspace is used across the entire organization, mainly for email. Gmail is the best provider we have ever used - it is easy, user friendly, and fast compared to the major competitor. Because Workspace is a Google owned product, our domain based emails are used to log into every Google owned service out there, which makes things much easier.

It is perfect for every business type and solves a lot of needs. From one login to many websites, to closely controlling what employees can access, and best of all - the domain based email service. We use it for our business and recommend it to all of our clients. It beats the pants off Office 365!

We use G suite for our email service, our company collaborative work space, and also our way of sharing internal documentation. It is used in almost all departments for various functions.

If you're trying to scale and standardize work flows, software, etc. in a business it is the best solution. If you want the very best email, collaboration, etc. you may want to look at other tools, but the all-in-one box is quite a great offering.

The pantheon of Google apps known as the G Suite is a gift to startups, and have seen it used immersively by multiple former employers. While individual Google apps are powerful, and generally near best-in-class for their respective applications, adopting all of the apps under the G Suite aegis provides knock-on benefits as each app used integrates seamlessly with the rest. Particularly useful in the realm of file sharing/storage to have everything consolidated, but also nice for more mundane things like copy-pasting, formatting, etc.

A typical company without a ton of capital to spend on a premium product will find that the G Suite offers everything they'd wanted. When I begin new jobs I always pray the new employer uses G Suite, since I can be confident knowing I'll be able to hit the ground running. G Suite might not be appropriate for everyone, but it is superior to the suite of Microsoft apps in practically every regard.
