I use Google Workspace for almost all my needs at work. The company where I work uses Google Workspace as an enterprise product. I've used Gmail since it's beta days, so I was already familiar with it. But having access to shared calendars makes it so easy and convenient to schedule meetings, and Google Docs is perfect for document collaboration.
Pros
shared calendars
document collaboration
document sharing
Cons
Google docs has some features missing that Word has
Archiving old chats
page formatting options are limited
Likelihood to Recommend
It's an enterprise-wide product, so all my colleagues already use Google Workspace, but sometimes some of my coworkers could use Google Docs more than Word
We use Google Workspace for a number of things across our entire organization. We use it for email and domain control, file storage and sharing internally as well as publicly with clients and partners, and as our primary productivity suite (replaced Microsoft) and collaboration tool. Collaborating across our company has been the biggest use case for us as we are all spread out both in the US and internationally.
Pros
Collaboration across all of our teams
Securely sharing files
Domain management
User management
Office suite productivity
Cons
In some cases it's too many steps to get simple tasks completed
The sharing UI could be improved upon

If you are looking for a cost effective way to manage your business, then Google Workspace is for your company. The amount of tools that we have for our team for the cost is the best option on the market. ON top of that it easily integrates in to what most employees are already used to with Google's products like GMAIL, Google Docs, and their other collaboration tools. Unless your company has already invested in an internal suite or you have certain compliance requirements, I can't think of many scenarios where it wouldn't work for large or small teams.
Google Work area is considerably more than simply email. Additionally, it includes a number of useful apps and features. Our teams can connect, work together, and create with Google Workspace. Work productivity and collaboration tools are included: Shared Calendars, Drive for cloud storage, Docs for word processing, Meet for video and voice conferencing, Slides for presentation creation, and Gmail for custom business email are all available.
Pros
maximize productivity
collaborate in realtime

Google Workspaces helps you to synchronize every single inbox into one space and then organize it by filters or labels but sometimes it's time-consuming because it needs you to move the unto different applications depending on what you're working on instead of spending it on finishing your tasks that needs to be done that day.
I use it on a daily basis for myself and my business, I also use it for my family and resell it to clients. It is primarily used as a secure business email solution and cloud storage. I find it preferable and more secure than Office 365, and easier to manage.
Pros
secure email
domain alignment
anti-spam
cloud storage
Cons
customer support (terrible)
Partner support (realy really terrible)
downloading mail from external sources

I used to love it back when it was google apps and gsuite, except for the partner support (PPS) which has always been absolutely diabolical and incompetent. PPS cannot be contacted by phone at all, only ticket, and it takes them weeks or months to reply to every email. It is the worst support I have ever experienced in my opinion. The tech support used to be good, but now that has gone downhill as well. They have obviously outsourced that to ..., and the support are now completely incompetent (I feel) as a result and have no idea how Google Workspace even works. This is now the case for all Google services it seems. When you contact support, you don't expect to end up providing support to them and having to explain to them how their own product works, but that is exactly what I end up doing because they are so useless. As is typical for outsourced support, you usually get nonsense replies and have to repeat the issue 10 times and tell them to read the email properly over and over again before you get any reply that is actually related to your question.
Using Google Workspace at work, I can link all the platforms I need. From email, calendar schedule, Google meet, and Google drive. It is easy to access and link the tasks to all the platforms we are using at work. By using just one email account, I already have an account on other platforms. It is very convenient for syncing from one platform to another.
Pros
Easy to create an accounts
Integrate to from one platform to another
It's like a one stop shop
Cons
So far its good for me.

It is well-suited for work. Like, I can easily manage my schedule from my email to my calendar. I can easily access all the shared files in Google Drive, easy to access Google Meet for meetings. The contacts are already in my account, and I can easily access them. Also, I can contact them through chat. There is no need to sign up on different platforms. It has all that I need.
We are using Google Workspace in our organization for emails, calendar, meetings and drive storage. Before consolidating all those services under Google Workspace we had them spread among different tools. Now we have everything under one umbrella, with easy management of users and an interface that is familiar to everyone.
Pros
E-mail client
Calendar and meetings
Documents sharing and storage
Cons
Integration with Apple Mail app
Integration with Apple Calendar app
File management in the Drive app
Likelihood to Recommend
Google Workspace works perfectly smooth when used in the web based solutions provided by Google and visited through Chrome. The little hiccup happens when the apps are accessed through Apple solutions, like Safari or Apple Mail. Other than that, there are no downsides to using Google Workspace in our company.

The cloud service from Google (G-Suite) has a great feature for sharing documents and working/editing them with other people. I've found that it's nowhere near as time-consuming to write copy for my clients by collaborating on the document through G-Suite. [Google Workspace] G Suite is solidly my favorite software for email management. Though it took some work to get used to, being able to mix both personal and corporate mail in one place has made me appreciate its intuitive interface.
