Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We leverage Google Charts for analyzing and visualizing spreadsheet data across multiple business domains. This ensures that our data stays within trusted regulatory boundaries and is easily shareable with fellow stakeholders without downloading and sharing multiple versions offline. The charts are responsive and user-friendly and easy to export to PDF reports for management to review.

More chart types for scientific charts.
Support for more mathematical equations in formulas.
Ability to pull in dynamic data from more 3rd party services.

Likelihood to Recommend

Great solution for organizations that are already heavily invested in the Google GSuite universe. Ability to pull in data from multiple Google services is super easy, but we wish they supported more 3rd party integrations. Works particularly well with Google Sheets, which most of our users use and is quite a smooth integration.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It's great because my work email and use of this application are all linked together into one system. Creating something that is elegant and visually easy to read is a breeze. I use Google Chart to demonstrate analytics for traffic on our website and the use of Google Chart Tools made it possible.

Cross-platform availability and highly configurable.

Cons

Requires a continuous network connection to use.
Not as detailed as other tools, such as Tableau.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is appropriate when making charts. Adding in data to charts is easy to do. Also, these charts are easily integrated with HTML so that it is easy to configure with a website. Not appropriate for those who are not comfortable with basic scripting. Not as intuitive for mapping trends within a certain industry.

Cons

When we want to show statistics showing charts is a must and it is very easy to implement charts in our app using Google Charts
We needed a customizable tool to start showing charts and Google Charts fit our needs

To us Google Charts is a very great tool, maybe they could improve the performance when the window is resized.

Hi, I am Tauseef Jamadar a Software Developer. I have used multiple modules of Google charts in my organization as well as in my personal projects. They are very useful to graphically represent any statistical data. It helps me make smart decisions based on the data collected. I use it on any project that needs graphical representation.

Cons

Making the library a light weight library just for charts.
Access to more types of charts.
Better error handling.

Likelihood to Recommend

How data centric is the application? Do I need more than 10 charts on the application? I would highly recommend using Google Charts if the application has large data for analysis since it handles large data very efficiently. It is highly scalable. For smaller applications there are other chart libraries like 3D JavaScript charts that can be used.
