I don't love the new login, instead of prompting the user to login with your gmail credentials, you now just look up your business name and it logs you in instantly if you are logged into google already. - This is nice but, also feels less secure in a way.
I think the ads are a bit upfront and pushy but, nowadays what platform isn't.
I really don't have any other complaints regarding, Google Business Profile has been very helpful in growing our online presence.

If you have a business, big or small, there is simply no reason to not have a google business profile. - It brings visibility to your business and allows your customers or potential customers to get a feel for your business & what you have to offer. For example, our company specializes in PPE (lots of people think gloves, glasses & respirators) but, we have much more than that such as electrolyte drink mixes, led flare lights, & traffic cones.
We use Google Business profile to update people with our hours, and make sure all our locations are well posted. We also solicit many reviews on our profile.
