There are other really good and fairly complicated products such as Omniture that will give even more great metrics about your website visitors but you need to weigh the value of that data + cost of... … It's free so the ROI is there instantly, although you don't own the data, Google does.

Adobe Analytics is a paid tool, with a higher cost of entry and ongoing costs, making it more suited for larger organizations with more complex needs.
