Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use GoCo as out main HR platform. I am in it daily for most HR functions. It addresses onboarding, document retention, time keeping, employee accomplishments and areas for improvement. Love magic docs.

- Permissions can be tricky and I wish there were some ways to customize a bit more
- Customizing time tracking - all Sunday hours are 1.5X, things like that
- Being able to edit PTO in time tracking so finalizing time sheets ban be done in one screen
- Adjusting PTO to automatically not go over 40 hours
