Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I use Glean in my every day routine. It enables me to quickly find internal resources, answers to questions, or customer content by simply searching in one place. Before Glean, we'd have to search for things individually across Confluence, Gdrive, Slack, Zendesk, etc. which was very time consuming and often did not produce results. Gleans search functionality is far superior to these and does it all at once.

I think Glean can help any organization. It creates an internal search engine that is specific to your organization, and brings everything into one place. This allows you to access content you may not have otherwise found, especially because other systems do not have effective search capabilities
