Thanks to this, you can get reviews and intent data from those visitors that can be used in many different ways. But have to work hard to succeed, so if you have a review program in place with a dedicated team, it is ideal for you; but if you don't have the bandwidth to invest time in this, you will probably get all the potential from this platform.
It's amazing to allow potential buyers to understand more about our brand with all the customer reviews. On top of that, it helps with marketing and allows us to understand which areas of our product can be improved, and what they like most about our product.
