Pros
- very easy to use UI
- you can find product related multimedia resources and video reviews
- reviews and product info together in the same page
Cons
- review page has got too much information so you can easily get lost
- no dark mode in the site

As TrustRadius is, G2 does its job: you get real people feedback and reviews from the trenches for the software you want to discover.
