After weeks of trial and error, and many false starts with other user journey mapping software, FlowMapp was the tool that finally clicked for us. We use FlowMapp to create buyer personas and map out accompanying user journeys, and create sitemaps for our web design clients. Having all of these assets in one place is useful, as is the overall design of the user journey mapping aspect, especially.
Pros
Excellent customer journey mapping functionality
Great buyer persona templates
Easy-to-use sitemap function
Very user-friendly interface
Cons
Export feature is a little buggy
Limited assets in the user flow function
Only one sitemap per project
The "snap-to-grid" isn't always ideal

FlowMapp is the best tool that I have found for mapping the user journeys, user flows, and buyer personas. Sitemaps, user journeys, and personas are quick and simple to design, and they always look fantastic and professional. This is especially important when presenting to clients. Saves a lot of design time.
At Pavone Marketing Group, Flowmapp is used as one of the preliminary UX Research tools. After gathering data for UX research, it is compiled and insights are used to form our UX assets. These are usually user flows, site maps, user personas, and customer journey maps. Flowmapp is a great tool for our business because it keeps all of our assets in one place. When presenting to clients, there's no difficulty finding a different window for each asset. Flowmapp makes it so easy with templates and a solid grid-based system to create these assets.

Flowmapp excels in very specific scenarios. As I said previously, it's a great way to quickly create UX Research assets and have them in the same location. Users are able to create a variety of different assets in one place. It is not as appropriate as a complete collaboration tool. Aside from creating user roles for editing, commenting and simultaneous working hasn't been implemented.
