Sitemaps, user journeys, and personas are quick and simple to design, and they always look fantastic and professional. This is especially important when presenting to clients. Well suited: We are two UX designers and it's very useful for us to collaborate thanks to FlowMapp to create an all-out UX tool (User journey, site map, flow chart, personas). We can easily complete the work of each other and everything is simple and intuitive. Less suited: For big companies where we have a lot of projects, we are easily lost with all our files
At Pavone Marketing Group, Flowmapp is used as one of the preliminary UX Research tools. After gathering data for UX research, it is compiled and insights are used to form our UX assets. These are usually user flows, site maps, user personas, and customer journey maps. Flowmapp is a great tool for our business because it keeps all of our assets in one place. When presenting to clients, there's no difficulty finding a different window for each asset. Flowmapp makes it so easy with templates and a solid grid-based system to create these assets.
Pros

Cons

Flowmapp excels in very specific scenarios. As I said previously, it's a great way to quickly create UX Research assets and have them in the same location. Users are able to create a variety of different assets in one place. It is not as appropriate as a complete collaboration tool. Aside from creating user roles for editing, commenting and simultaneous working hasn't been implemented.
