What is Flokzu Cloud BPM?

Flokzu is a cloud-based, agile business process management tool. It provides a low-code environment for supporting various tasks from bug reporting and lead development to customer support and incident analysis.

A friendly, simple and powerful tool to automatize our workflows

Pros

  • Flokzu is a "do it yourself tool," very easy to learn and use, with lots of material and video tutorials on their web site.
  • Easy to create complete complex processes with BPMN.
  • They added the sandbox functionality to test processes before actually launching them.

Cons

  • I didn't find any main problem even though I'm not an IT guy. As a suggestion it could be great to be able to manage data bases directly from the process, to be able to add or delete columns and/or rows.

Return on Investment

  • Order in all processes, trackable tasks, better results.
  • Useful for remote teams.

Pros

  • Easy of use, for a geographically distributed team.
  • Agility. We can model, deploy and adjust (modify) business process by ourselves, in minutes.
  • Flexibility, to add new processes (what we do all the time).
  • Great support from the Flokzu team, every-time we needed it.

Cons

  • It doesn't provide a connector to our accountability software; we had to do it via Web Services.

Return on Investment

  • It really helped to coordinate our distributed sales team.
  • Flokzu also helped to streamline administrative tasks, like invoicing and payment tracking from other countries.

Pros

  • BPMN 2.0 support. Easy to understand, powerful to build complex processes.
  • User interface: very friendly, agile and complete for a BPM.
  • Custom reports, including tables and graphics.
  • Process versions to manage them, rollback, etc.
  • Process sandbox, to test your processes before going to production.

Cons

  • We don't have major issues with Flokzu.

Return on Investment

  • Not allowed to publish the ROI, but I can tell you it has been a great investment.
  • The more relevant outcome has been the ability to deploy new process and new versions of existing processes in hours/days.
  • The knowledge base and easy of use made us autonomous, so we don't need external consultancy services.
