Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Currently, I use it on a daily basis to prepare and write loans for our members. It is a good tool but definitely could use some upgrades for ease of access.
Pros
- connects to Portico
- Lets you know when someone else is in your loan
Cons
- Missing certain pieces to make it eaiser
- not everything transfers from one program to antother
- having to go back and forth between queues instead of the back button
Most Important Features
- Keeping track of the loans
- Queue separation
- Status of each loan
Return on Investment
- I do not see that side of things, i just write the loans and send to underwriting
