We have a channel within our organization which handles payment processing for our customers. We've been utilizing the Biller Direct option as a tool to allow our customers the opportunity to provide their customers within an online payment option. This application has been able to assist with manual payment processing, as well as reducing the amount of money spent on paper and mailings.
Pros
- The application is very user-friendly.
- Easy set up, and integration.
Cons
- Limitations on reporting/monitoring capabilities.
Likelihood to Recommend
This application is well suited for any organization, or area processing large volumes of payments. We utilize it to assist with the processing of lockbox, and loan payments.
