What is Fidesic?

Pros

OCR or Optical Character Recognition works better than anywhere else we have tried.
Support is always available through chat or email and their support team is very responsive.
Ease of access and use since the program is web-based.
Easily integrates into our accounting software.
Implementation was a dream and so easy.

Cons

Would like to see ACH batches come across in the bank as separate transactions instead of one batch.
Would like to be able to filter on multiple columns instead of just searching by one selection.
Would like to be able to add our our ACH IDs vs having to submit them to be added.
