Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Callers to the Service Desk will, if they are doing any high risk operation need to be verified by FastPass IVM (Identity Verification Manager) before they can continue. Often users use Okta to verify their identity and the product fully integrates there.
Pros
- The product leaves a full audit trail in the users ticket - this is also great for the next handler in the service desk as they can see that the user has been verified
Cons
- It could be a bit faster in the interface, but it is not really a problem.
