FaceCruit is a software solution from the company of the same name headquartered in Adelaide, South Astralia, used to take the guesswork out of the hiring process. FaceCruit is an online video interview system. It can be used to create questions sent to suitable candidates for pre-screening. They respond to the questions in an interview-like fashion - they can't rehearse their answers. The user can then view, review and share their responses.
