We use EZ Text for our emergency messaging system. EZ Text allows us to reach all of our employees via text quickly and simultaneously in case of an emergency. This is helpful for us so that employees don't have to check their email before coming into work and can receive the information directly on their phone. We use EZ Text only for emergencies, ex, office closures in case of bad weather, etc.

The team always reaches out to see if there is anything more we need, which is kind as well. I can't speak to its features as a whole, however, as its use is very narrow in scope in our business.

We have had tens of thousands of clients since 2012, and we've discovered that many would like to utilize our services again. While some marketing emails land in primary inboxes and others get filtered into spam, texts sent via EZ Texting reach their recipients about 98% of the time, assuming the phone number isn’t a landline, disconnected, or invalid. By using text messages, we avoid the email spam barrier and successfully reach our audience, contributing to better communication with customers and prospects. We send regular messages via ez texting to our contacts, which allows us to see who is interested in hearing from our organization.

The email and mobile app notifications can be streamlined. They alert you about both opt-outs and regular messages, like customer questions. Ideally, the notifications should only show regular messages, and the opt-outs should resolve themselves in the background.
We would appreciate a simple, easy way to compare pricing plans based on potential usage amounts. The credits can make it feel like you have to run a calculation and go through a multi-step formula to figure out what you will pay for the software each month.

It is great to reach people who have given you their phone numbers. You can connect with leads and customers, strengthening rapport and staying in touch with them. They work well with Facebook ads through the Zapier connection, allowing you to follow up with prospects. However, if a business cannot access its leads' phone numbers, the tool will not be of much use. I know of a senior care company that was in business for years but relied strongly on email marketing. They did not ask for their leads' phone numbers and, therefore, did not find EZ Texting useful. That is expected from a company that does not ask prospects for their phone numbers.

Mass personalized communication to clients databases with promotional offers and announcements. It allows us to find current in market shoppers in our current database with trackable links. As stated before, communication on a mass scale to mine through customer databases and find current in market shoppers to turn them into buyers. EZ Texting is less appropriate, for our needs at least, for one ok one conversation with clients customers. Since we only white label our products to customers, which isn’t available with EZ Texting, our clients can’t monitor inbound responses.
We use EZ Texting to update our clients on tax returns, send out discounts, and send out general information to our client base.

The fact that EZ Texting integrates with Zapier helps save a tremndous amount of time in my business. I connect my crm to Zapier as well and can now send general or tailored text message updates to various clients in the clickof a button.

We use EZ Texting to communicate with candidates and our current employees. The product helps with time consuming phone calls and with dealing with a younger generation, who are not keen to answering phone calls.
