Not great, but not terrible
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
When we decided to try other software, EZ Home Inspection Software was one of the products we used on a trial basis. It's similar to many other products, which allows us to create and deliver reports on-site at the conclusion of the inspection. The software is easy to learn and takes very little onboarding time.
Pros
- Easy to understand interface.
- Includes a Summary Page for defective items found.
- Ability to work while offline.
Cons
- The pictures are not always consistent in size when viewing as a pdf.
- Template maker is cumbersome.
- Mobile app is not very responsive.
Most Important Features
- Ability to work offline.

Return on Investment
- Saved time when teaching new inspectors to use the software.
- Customer support was adequate.
- Developers are open to customer/users suggestions for additional features.
