Great Customer Service: Several reviewers have praised Skubana's customer service for being knowledgeable, supportive, quick to respond, hands-on, and fantastic. The implementation and support teams find quick solutions to not-so-obvious requests and help customers understand how to use the software functions effectively.

Multi-Channel Integration: Many users appreciate Skubana's ability to integrate with all major sales channels such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart etc. This feature allows for a seamless switch from FBA to FBM during times of fulfillment delays. Moreover, it offers the ability to track sales data over multiple channels creating seamless reporting on inventory management.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

PO management & inventory control. Extensiv allows us to have access to incoming inbounds & tracking of the POs, as well as stock levels upon receipt. The ongoing additions to the Analytics side of the platform are exciting to start to use!

Pros

  • Warehouse/factory setup.
  • PO receipt process.
  • Inventory control; understanding stock levels across multiple warehouses.

Cons

  • Customizable fields ie: implementing a CRD (Cargo Ready Date) field would be great.
  • Easier/more direct template uploading for PO's.

Likelihood to Recommend

PO management & inventory control is key. If you are in Operations & need a tool to house all of this data, Extensiv is straightforward and has the ability for customization.
