Cloud Signature Solution for Office 365. This is used to provide cloud signatures to our emails for all staff in Office 365 Tenant.

Pros

Simple Interface.
Easy to Implement.
Easy to use for end users.

Cons

Prevent Signatures from exclaimer showing up automatically for emails that have custom signatures.
Needs a Better tool for Outlook NEW.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it for email signatures and to promote products we are selling. It allows us to apply a coherent email signature for all users in the organisation. It applies on all devices the users send email from. It helps ensure a professional brand image across all emails. It enables us to promote reviews and news about the company too.

Well suited to those who have Microsoft email system, as you do not need to install any software on the email clients. I think it also works in the same way with G Suite. It applies email signatures coherently across all devices, and allows you to make tweaks and changes to the templates quickly when required. It is suited to business who want a professional coherent brand image shown on their emails.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Exclaimer to simplify signature management and provide a consistent and on-brand corporate image to our customers and suppliers. We also use it provide marketing information within our emails. Installing and configuring the platform is easy and can be completed in a few hours. The solution is simple to use and seamless to our users.

UI can be a little clunky at times.
Ability to receive a digest email of engagement with click through content

Likelihood to Recommend

Exclaimer is well suitable to situations where end users are given control over their signature i.e. remove the control from the user and provide pre-defined signatures. It can also be useful to send target messages from each department i.e. different messages from the sales team vs the service team.

Excalimer is deployed company wide. We use it to make our signatures more dynamic, using banners to present products, events, conferences, etc.
In the past, each employee had to create they're own signature and ouir company brand was not uniform. Exclaimer solved this.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use exclaimer to control our email signatures automatically. This allows us to help prevent title fraud and also ensure we provide a consistent look to all of our email. Since the system links to Azure/AD, we are also able to dynamically update signatures when employees status or location change.

Pros

Costs are in line with expectations
Consistent product delivery - we rarely have issues with application
Ability to update and adjust on the fly

Cons

The GUI to edit the signatures can be tricky
I was offered help when signing on, but never received even after asking about it
Sales rep could be more responsive after the sale

Likelihood to Recommend

This product is perfect for organizations that are dynamic and fluid. We have a lot of employees who are moved around and adjusted - constantly trying to update signatures for people became a logisitical nightmare. Having a product that updates as our systems update released that burden.
This product probably isn't worth the cost if you have a small outfit that never changes - or you are not interested in advertising via signatures (which I do not recomend).

Exclaimer gives us the oportunity to design and enrole a common mail signatur for the whole oraganisation using both Outlook, OWA and mobile phone for mail signatures.

Easy to design simple signature templates

Cons

Organising / manage the account could be more intuitive in one common interface

Depends on othe templates tools used by the onganisation - e.g template maintenance and enrolment for the rest of the Office package

We've implemented Exclaimer Cloud for Exchange Online with fabulous success. From users using their own email signature variations we have now a very consistent setup throughout our company.

Exclaimer is well suited when all user information is up to date with your identity provider (in our case: Azure Active Directory). It won't be a good fit if you aren't maintaining the user information well (properties like address, user title, phone numbers etc).

We use the Exclaimer product to force the correct layout and information about our users in their email signature. It helps us fulfill our compliance requirements. We use it on all our internal and external email that we send or receive using Office 365. We use it give our marktening department access to the signature design without giving them more permissions then we want to on the Exchange sevrer side.

Pros

It's very easy to set-up, all the guides are very well documented
The support with problems regarding signature design is great!
Very easy to create dynamically populated signatures based on custom attributes.

Cons

There is no easy way to trace a message trough the exclaimer servers.

Likelihood to Recommend

Exclaimer is very well suited to use in conjecture with Exchange Online or Exchange on-prem. I recommend using the Outlook plug-in as it provides end users with an insight on what signature they are about to use. We no longer have to mess around with scripts and GPO's to accomplish mandatory e-mail signatures.

We used a trial version. So we are not currently using this anymore. It was a nice tool with many templates and can be used to improve signatures. However, in our company, we work in a certain way with groups, and Exclaimer could not address these difficulties.

Pros

Templates
The ability to modify it in an easy way.
The number of fonts is supported, and it also has a nice website.

Cons

The implementation of AD groups.
Improvement of the software (make it a background app without popups).
Some fonts not working properly.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited for many companies, easy to adjust, and easy to implement. Less suited for some companies, because of the lack of groups (azure).
