Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Evite when we host our large trade show kickoff parties. This allows us to reach all the people we are inviting in one place and to send one conscience message to everyone. It also allows us to track everyone's response to coming or not coming in one place.

Likelihood to Recommend

This is a perfect service when hosting a large party and need to be able to track many guest responses and choices. It is very user-friendly and puts everything on a fairly easy-to-use dashboard. Also allows me to schedule an email reminder that will send out automatically to people who have not yet responded and an email reminder to all coming when the event is getting closer.
