Use Cases and Deployment Scope
A couple of years back, after finalizing a quoting platform. We need an esignature solution to go with our quoting tool.
We had a look at a few options from the market but however, after looking at eversign (xodo sign) we were sold on them.
The entire process was seamless, most of the usage was pretty straight forward and we just needed a couple of meeting to close the platform.
This tool is now a very important part of our Sales/Account Management stack.
Pros
- Very good UX
- Simple to use
- Can separate different teams within the Org with separate instances
Cons
- Google SSO signup could be nice
- The login page UX could get better and users should not have the ability to create new instances
Return on Investment
- We never had a globally rolled out esignature platform before, now we do
- We have become more efficient as the platform is simple to use and we do not need to train anyone as they pretty much pick up the platform by themselves
- Our deals get signed faster
