Great product, better pricing!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

A couple of years back, after finalizing a quoting platform. We need an esignature solution to go with our quoting tool.

We had a look at a few options from the market but however, after looking at eversign (xodo sign) we were sold on them.

The entire process was seamless, most of the usage was pretty straight forward and we just needed a couple of meeting to close the platform.

This tool is now a very important part of our Sales/Account Management stack.

Pros

  • Very good UX
  • Simple to use
  • Can separate different teams within the Org with separate instances

Cons

  • Google SSO signup could be nice
  • The login page UX could get better and users should not have the ability to create new instances

Return on Investment

  • We never had a globally rolled out esignature platform before, now we do
  • We have become more efficient as the platform is simple to use and we do not need to train anyone as they pretty much pick up the platform by themselves
  • Our deals get signed faster

Better than the well-established competitors

Pros

  • Ease of use. Unlike Docusign, when you create text fields on your doc, it allows you to enter the text into the box directly, whereas I have to click on the field and enter the text on the right hand side panel in Docusign.
  • Speed. The documents load pretty quickly.
  • Notification. It informs you every time a signer has signed the doc.

Cons

  • Wish there was an option not to be informed until all the signers have completed signing.
  • Wish there were instructions showing how to add roles.

Return on Investment

  • It ensures some of the processes proceed only with the required approval.

For ease of use and reliability - Eversign is the only logical choice.

Pros

  • Documents signed in an instant. No travel to different offices, no waiting for hard copies to be delivered - it is done in an instant.
  • Legally binding - uses e-signatures to create a legally binding document.
  • Economical - the solution is very economical, especially when you factor in the money you save on travel, shipping charges, waiting, etc.

Cons

  • I would like to see video integration so e could have a video call while documents are being signed.

Return on Investment

  • no need to travel to remote locations to sign documents.
  • no need to use expensive shipping to get the paper documents.
  • no need to worry if the signatures will be valid.
