When seeking the top-tier employee referral solution, Eqo – Employee Referral Solution for the Frontline clearly stands out.

Rating: 10 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Employee referral programs are recognized as prime talent acquisition methods and effective tools for reducing turnover. However, programs often face issues with manual tracking or limited engagement from the frontline workforce. Eqo – Employee Referral Solution for the Frontline simplifies employee referral tracking, eradicating manual burdens for administrators. Simultaneously, its text-based referral process heightens participation among frontline teams, addressing engagement gaps prevalent in conventional programs. Such a platform becomes pivotal in an organization’s recruitment strategy, offering a seamless and effective solution to attract talent and mitigate turnover.

Pros

  • Eqo – Employee Referral Solution for the Frontline effortlessly tracks and oversees referrals, eradicating reliance on spreadsheets.
  • Frontline employees enjoy a straightforward referral experience, effortlessly referring others via text.
  • Organizations gain the capability to dispatch tailored text campaigns, maintaining employee engagement with the referral program.
  • Eqo – Employee Referral Solution for the Frontline's team offers strategic and creative support to their customers, complementing their solution.

Cons

  • One point I highlighted with their team was the importance of Eqo – Employee Referral Solution for the Frontline being able to function without ATS/HRIS integrations for smoother rollouts and pilot programs — and they've already successfully achieved this capability.

Perfect fit for: Large organizations with over 2,000 employees and a frontline workforce (such as nursing, technicians, waiters, retail associates and drivers). Currently managing referrals on spreadsheets or not truly tapping into the power of employee referrals. As a helpful benchmark to compare to, best-in-class organizations have 40% of their hires come through referrals. Less suitable for: Smaller organizations with less than 2,000 employees, no frontline workforce, and don't face challenges in employee referral management or engagement.

Text-based employee referral tracking for high adoption and automated tracking

Rating: 10 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

When we analyze our customers' source effectiveness, employee referrals always stand out as one of the top three talent attraction methods. However, these programs often suffer from manual tracking challenges and a lack of engagement from frontline workers. Eqo has a streamlined interface that is very easy for employees to use, and it's all done via text, which increases referral participation among frontline teams. This bridges the engagement gap commonly found in traditional programs. There is massive potential with using a text-based employee referral strategy and I have recommended Eqo to all of our customers.

Pros

  • Automatically tracks and manages referrals, eliminating the need for spreadsheets.
  • Provides a simple referring experience for frontline workers because it's all done via text.
  • Targeted text campaigns to keep employees engaged with the referral program.
  • Very passionate leadership team that also provides strategy and creative support to their customers as part of the service.

Cons

  • One thing I mentioned to the team was the ability for Eqo to work as a standalone for easier roll outs. They mentioned this is already a feature, looking forward to learning more about that.

Orgs with over 1,000 employees and large frontline workforce such as healthcare, retail, and hospitality. Definitely for any company that is overwhelmed by managing employee referrals and payouts on spreadsheets. Under 1,000 employees, probably not necessary because the volume is manageable for them to handle internally.
