If you scan paperwork in, you can attach it to an order. Then with a wonderful right click, you will pull up everything assigned to that order. For products, you can see all PO's an item was purchased on and also an average cost with freight included.

We utilize Epicor BisTrack by managing projects from bidding through to completion. This software allows us to define a clear path for both the customer and our construction team to outline scopes and contracts. We are able to easily communicate, manage, update and outline processes throughout each individual project and seamlessly move from one project to another. This software also comes in handy for warranty work allowing our back end team to see pictures and progress after completion. By having the ability to see from layout to completion and narrow down fields by drop down menus our team can easily locate areas in specific projects that maybe of concern.
Pros
Cross project communication
Direct customers, subcontractors and GC's through the construction process
Dynamically move between projects, changes and scopes
Cons
Punch list close-outs
RFI communication and alerts
Weekly updates to customers and teams
Likelihood to Recommend
Specifically Eipcor comes in handy daily by easily tracking manpower, deliveries, inspections, and other daily tracked items. It is well suited for day to day operations where others can fill in or pick up if somewhere were out of the office. Epicor is less appropriate in providing weekly updates to teams and customers. It is easier to extract the necessary information off of the software to generate your own reports then try to procure one using the software itself.
BisTrack helps streamline my company's operations by managing inventory, order processing, pricing, and integrating the financial aspect of transactions. It enhances supply chain management and our customer relationships. The software provides analytics for informed decision-making, aids compliance with industry regulations, and supports mobile and e-commerce integration. This system helps lumber businesses adapt to digital platforms, improve customer service, and maintain inventory accuracy while complying with industry-specific requirements. Data contained within BisTrack can also be integrated with Power BI and other software to improve the overall analytic component of it and enhances identifying trends/performance metrics and data-driven decision-making.
Pros
Inventory Management
Pricing and Quoting Features
Sales and Order Processing
Business Analytics
Cons
Easier User Interface; hard to navigate or learn
Financial module could use improvement; i.e. the Accounts Receivable function is lacking and hard to find information easily
More customization of the built-in reporting and analytics
