We use Empower to maintain employee profiles, including punch-in-out timings, financial management, referral tracking, surveys, feedback, routing inter-team requests, reimbursements, help desk, and many other employee activities. So far, it has been a great tool for routing requests, managing the helpdesk, and other utilities.
Pros

- Maintaining management requirements, along with providing a clean interface to end users.
Cons
- Sometimes the tiles are removed automatically or stop working.
Likelihood to Recommend
It is well suited for mid- to large enterprises, whereas it might be overwhelming for small organizations with fewer headcounts to manage. Overall, it's a good tool for employee profile management.
