It is a [game-changer]! Engagement is the best thing here and other tasks like checking the team's productivity daily, weekly, and monthly can be done swiftly through EmpMonitor. The timeline report is very helpful for me in checking the team's attendance. This report displays a real-time view of online and offline staff in the team.

Pros

Track keyboard activity per second.
Take screenshots every a corn period of time.
Track total time spent on different tasks.

Cons

Sometimes it would show no activity at all even when there is.
Direct billed hours facility is missing[.]
Need better synchronization between PC and mobile app[.]

EmpMonitor has made remote workforce hiring for me possible, as it tracks every employees' activities, which I can evaluate from anywhere. Thanks to it, my productivity has doubled in the last four months.

Pros

EmpMonitor is very convenient to use.
Provides detailed screenshots of the employees’ system.
The admins have complete control over the data.
Easy to restrict anyone’s system from accessing any specific information.

Cons

Unavailability of integration of third-party software that enhances its overall working.
No option to track or manage projects.
Project tracking and support for Macs.

EmpMonitor turned out to be my best decision I made for my firm's employee management. I am happy that the software is completely worth it and I am so relieved after using it. No more record maintenance; everything is taken care of by EmpMonitor now. Wow.

Screen monitoring to check the live activities of every worker

Cons

Sometimes the software lags, which results in slow loading.
The HRMS part should have an easy user interface.
I would love to get a dark mode in the settings of EmpMonitor.

Because of EmpMonitor, I can keep an eye on my employees from anywhere any time and it increased my firm’s productivity rate.
