It is great to help us integrate across social profiles on different platforms and deal with customer suggestions and complaints. Emplifi is well suited to our daily operations of our organization's communications function. From central perspective, we can easliy have an overall view of all the markets' social media status and performance. We're also keen on how to include our paid social campaigns into Emplifi.

Regarding issues, we see that sometimes posting repeats posts or, for example, duplicates links. Reports have been sent by the company, but the problem persists. I work in customer service and use Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud within the Dynamics 365 tool to respond to customers who contact us through public posts or direct messages we receive on our social media profiles on Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok. Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud brings all social profiles together in a single tool, keeps a history of customer messages, and allows for content control and moderation. This means that the team doesn't need multiple logins, and everyone has access to customer contacts and messages.

Overall, the application is very good, but as my access is limited, I don't manage accounts or staff. I only use the tool to respond to customers directly. Therefore, I believe that the tool serves its purpose, with only a few adjustments needed to make it more comfortable or pleasant to use.

Without it, we wouldn't have consistent and clear data and insights on our post and profile performance. I think Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud is so neccesary to social media managment and it could have their mistakes or errors but i hope that it may change soon, i don't believe that exist escenaries where Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud would be less appropriate is an incredible tool that is imposible not love it. There are multiple features to track different people, create agent cases to contact customers, and also track competitors on how they are performing socially. It is also super well suited for replying to DMs and keeping track of history of interactions with customers without it feeling clunky. The feed for community itself is very intuitive.

Less appropiate: the content inspiration feed, sometimes is very low in results or accuracy in the results.
