eMentorConnect helps businesses manage and scale mentoring, training and coaching programs. The software creates a matching algorithm based on custom profile information and the topics users select, and restrict matches based on custom rules, allowing admins to control matches automatically. Matching tools can pair the right mentee with the right mentor, and afterwards the platform allows users to survey and evaluate mentorships for continual improvement.
