Eightfold [AI] was originally launched in support of one major account in June. Recently, we have launched EF in support of several more accounts. We are focused on maximizing candidate sourcing in support of contingent talent for our clients.

Eightfold AI is ideal for maximizing talent sourcing, especially for volume staffing accounts. Its AI technology would supplement traditional sourcing well as it will likely expedite timelines for candidate identification.
My team is the only group in our organization that uses Eightfold [AI]; around 10 of us. We are using it to assist with a self-sourcing solution for the company. It has just recently been implemented so we are still learning best practices and how to make it the best possible tool for our needs.

No good way to create "remote" positions. If you click "remote" that indicates it is international, so instead you have to select "relocation allowed" which simply doesn't mean the same thing. I'd love a true remote option.
I wish there were more options for editing text in the Job Description (font color, format painter, etc.).
The degree requirement section isn't intuitive: if you need someone to have a Bachelor's degree, you have to select all other higher degree types as well or else those candidates will be eliminated. There's not an option to select for "No degree requirements" either.

It [Eightfold AI] is well suited for self-sourcing candidates. They apply to be in the talent pool or for specific positions and then users like myself can contact them from there for the screening.
Eightfold is being used in one department of our organization to help manage talent networks for individual clients. This technology helps improve employee diversity, manages the Talent Network, and helps to match talent to open positions quickly. Eightfold allows for more active engagement with the Talent Network through the use of campaigns.

Eightfold [AI] is good at matching talent to open positions making it easier to sort through leads. It is also easy to directly contact more than one lead at a time to save on recruitment time. Eightfold [AI] is less suited for applicant tracking and storing information from screening phone calls in the talent's profile.
Eightfold [AI] is being used by my specific team, where we source screen, and pair candidates with job openings from various clients. We are able to post and publish jobs from several job boards to internal and external Career sites. This allows us to receive candidates without sourcing on open job boards. Some business problems it addresses are by making sure diverse candidates are able to be seen by screeners, increasing the quality of candidates, and helping manage/populate the talent network.

User functionality- sending candidates to WAND, screening notes, resume downloading and managing or displaying applicants in the requisition.
Organization- having all buttons placed in easy access locations and navigation.

Reporting- not all accounts are set up to run reports, however, I feel like this should be standard across all users.
Integration with other VMS-based systems- right now it only works for 1 type of system, so we are left to manually publish all open roles.
Centralized candidate tab, where you can filter and search for candidates based on a variety of filters.

Eightfold [AI] is a great tool to use, to help save time and effort by the team. It allows the teams to focus on the candidates that are strong suitors and are viable options for managers. It helps save time by using AI technology to pre-screen people well before any recruiters or screeners get to their profile.
Our Talent Acquisition team uses Eightfold [AI] to optimize the functionality of our ATS. We can now search our own database while Eightfold [AI] regularly refreshes our candidate data. Their AI quickly matches candidates to our reqs which simplifies the recruiter's role and creates time for them to focus on work more valuable than reading resumes. The CRM is user friendly and ensures that the candidates our recruiters bring into our pipeline aren't lost if the recruiter leaves the company. The marketing campaign function makes outreach a breeze while keeping all candidate communication on the platform.

Eightfold [AI] is great to bolt onto an ATS that isn't meeting your needs to search for candidates, refresh candidate data, or use AI to match candidates to your requisitions. It capitalizes on the data that you pull into your existing system. It is not a sourcing tool in that it doesn't go out and web crawl for candidates to match your requirements. Your TA team will still need to pull candidates into the pipeline but Eightfold's AI does a great job matching candidates to your open requisitions.
