They did nothing to try and save me money. [I feel] the price was ridiculously high for what I needed.

Pros

Eapps support is very good. We can always call and speak to a tech support technician 24 hours a day. They are also very knowledgable.

Cons

DDOS attacks have been recent. We also had issues with their SAN. I know they are in the process to update their SAN drives but there were a couple times which these failed.

Return on Investment

Uptime is critical for my business. Recently we had some issues with uptime, but they were resolved rather quickly.
