We have been using Dynamic Yield since 2018 in Web and Emails with many personalized campaigns across three domains. Due to lack of resources only one person is responsible for ideating, creating and maintaining all the campaigns now with the focus of optimizing existing recommendation campaigns and strategies. In our shop, users can buy DIY patterns and material for sewing, knitting etc. This is the kind of product that usually requires advice from specialists. For simple recommendations, for example, there are many different algorithms that can be tested against each other. For more complex recommendations where the default settings are not sufficient, I would like more technical support, especially regarding the structure of the data feed.

We're also able to easily add and display recommendations where we hadn't previously shown them.
